Abstract
Bankruptcy Prediction On Property and Real Estate Companies Which Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year 2011-2014 Chania Mulyadi, 2015, Akuntansi, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya ( LXIII+63 Pages ) Email : Chaniamulyadi@yahoo.com The objectives of this study is to know the financial condition of the property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2014 based on the analysis of bankruptcy Altman Z-Score method. The data used are secondary data from published statement of financial position in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative with multiple discriminant analysis method. Based on the application of the Altman Z-Score, the result of the eleven property companies and real estate show that there is one company estimated in bankruptcy for four consecutive years, namely PT Cowell Development Tbk, PT Bakrieland Development Tbk, dan PT Lamicitra Nusantara Tbk.. The two companies are in a healthy condition, namely PT Mnc Land Tbk and PT Metro Realty Tbk. The companies that experience a change in bankruptcy prediction, namely PT Alam Sutera Reality Tbk, PT Ciputra Property Tbk, PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk, PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk, PT Modernland Realty Tbk, dan PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk.
