Abstract
(Ridwan Septiohadi, 2015, 26 Pages, 7 Tables) The problems of this final report were, “What are the relationships among food and beverage department and other departments?”, and, “Are there any departments in the hotel that have no link with food and beverage department?” The purposes of this final report were to know the relationship among food and beverage department and other departments. The writer used qualitative method. The object of this final report was Food and Beverage Department at Aryaduta Hotel and Convention Center Palembang. The writer collected the data by doing the observation and interviewing the staff about the their jobs in relation with other departments. From the data, the writer compared the results of the observation and interview after words the writer described the data and made an analysis. Based on the analysis, the writer found the job relations between food and beverage department and other departments. The writer concluded the main task of Food and Beverage Department for all departments in the hotel was to prepare and serve food for all of the employees in the hotel
