Abstract
The final report design of a centrifuge oil fried foods with a system of turning force on the control by the time aims to reduce the oil content in fried foods to be consumed safely , both the children and the adults , the working tool is separated by centrifugal force so that the oil is still contained in a separate frying memalui small holes diwadah separator . This tool can be used in fried foods business and housewives , because the cost of the tool makers are quite affordable so that all people can use it and shape of the tool is very simple, so easy to be moved and stored .
