Abstract
SRF04 ULTRASONIC CENSOR APPLICATION AND PROXIMITY CENSOR ON THE ATMEGA8535 BASED WATER TANK FILLING LEVEL (2015 : xi + 69pages + 39pictures + 15tables + 9appendixs) SUSPIMIANY MAYANG SARI 0612 3032 0956 ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT PROGRAM STUDY OF ELECTRONICA ENGINERRING POLITECHNIC OF SRIWIJAYA In order to improve rhe efficiency of the work system, it requires a device on the design of an automatic water tank filling through SMS (Short Message Service), so that it will make the operation easier while controlling the working device. This device functioned as an automatic water tank filling level, if the water in tank is empety, then this device will turn on the pumping machine automatically and then with the condition of the pump actives, the Wavecom GSM modem will directly send a notification through SMS, and if the water in the tank is full, this device will make sure to turn off the water pumping machine by sending the notification that the tank is full, please turn off the pump. As for the purpose of the ultrasonic cencor and proximity censor above might study the measurement of the tank distance and the project which pbstructs. This device also uses and srf04 ultrasonic censor which function as primary device to know the height of the water level included with the relay series as an automatic switch to water pumping machine and the distance result which is read by the censor will be shown in the LCD. And the automatic crane to produce the water uses proximity censor (infrared E18-D80NK) as an output of the water tank height level series
