Abstract

This study was conductedtoexamine the effect ofvariableCurrent Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio(DER), andTotalAssetTurnover(TATO) on Returnon Assets(ROA) in theAutomotiveandspare partcompanieslistedinIndonesia Stock Exchange(IDX) 2010-2013.Sampling techniqueused isnonprobabilitysamplingcriteriaandSpare PartsAutomotivecompaniesarealwayspresent financial statementsas of December2010 to 2013. Obtaineda total sample of12 companiesAutomotiveandSpare Partslistedon the Stock Exchange. The analysis techniqueusedis multiple regressionandhypothesis testingusingtstatistiktotest thepartialregressioncoefficientsandF-statistics totest the effecttogetherwith alevel of significanceof 5%. It also madethe classicassumption testthat includestestdata normality, multicollinearitytest, heteroscedasticity testandautocorrelation test. From theresults ofthe analysisindicatethat thevariablehas no effectandnoCRsignificantpartiallyon ROA. VariableDERnotsignificanteffectbutpartiallyon ROA. TATO variable take effectandpartial significanteffecton ROA. Simultaneously orsynchronouslythree variablesCR, DERandTATOand significanteffecton ROA. From the calculation resultsobtainedthat themost dominant variableis theTATOwith a0.033.
