Abstract
“BUILD AND DESIGN PORTABLE AUDIO SPEAKER WITH DIGITAL VOLUME CONTROL USING ATMEGA8535 MICROCONTROLLER” (Yogi Sundana) : (2016:52 Pages) People still using analogue cable when listening to the music by using speaker and digital volume control is still hard to find on speaker because almost every speakers are using analogue volume control (by turning it on). Whereas the using of analogue cable could limit the range from media to speaker and low quality analogue cable could make a sound nuisance on the speaker. Analogue volume control could make the volume arrangement a little bit difficult if there is no LCD showing volume information. Then a wireless speaker with digital volume control is needed for the people who doesn’t want to be troubled with analogue cable and digital volume control. Wireless is functioned as speaker media connector without cable and with the quite far range and for the digital volume control is processed by program through the atmega8535 microcontroller to turn the volume up or down. The volume is programmed from 0 to 10, volume 0 is the lowest and volume 10 is the highest. Everytime if volume up the value in the program is added by +25 and if volume down the value in the program is decreased by -25.
