Abstract

DESIGN TOOL Dibble FLAT AND CYLINDER ENGINE TEST OF ATTRACTION "HUNG TA" ( 2014 : xiii + 100 page + attachment ) Al amin sf 061130200099 MECHANICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT POLYTECHNIC STATE SRIWIJAYA The final report is titled design tools dibble flat and cylinder on a tensile testing machine "hung ta". We made this tool is useful to determine the tensile strength of the material that will be tested by the tensile test dibble. Where objects can be tested dalah flat plate and cylindrical iron that has been in tetakan size. The workings of this tool where the things we are going to test in the dibble / pinned on the two sides of the lower and upper sides of which with a single axis. Many things can we learn from the results of tensile test. If we continue to draw a substance (in this case a metal) to break up, we will get a complete profile of the pull of the form curve as illustrated in Fig. This curve shows the relationship between the change in length of pull force. This profile is needed in the design using these materials. Keywords: pinch and pull.
