Abstract
STUDENTS’ PERCEPTION AND LEARNING EXPERIENCE ON STUDY EXCURSION: CASE OF ENGLISH DEPARTMENT AT STATE POLYTECHNIC OF SRIWIJAYA (Siti Tri Hawina, 2016, 31 pages, 3 tables) This research focused on students’ perception and learning experience on study excursion in English department. The purpose of this study was to know students’ perception and describe about learning value as positive educational experiences perceived by English department students on study excursion. The data were collected through, observation participant, questionnaire, interview both individually and focus group discussion. The data were analyzed by using qualitative descriptive. Based on questionnaire and interview, the results showed that study excursion improved English department students for educational exercise as the result of study excursion experience
