Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence Revenue Area, General Allocation Fund, and the General Allocation Fund partially and simultaneously to regional expenditure on administration of the city and district in South Sumatra in 2011-2013. The population in this study amounted to 17 the number of samples taken as many as 13 of 10 counties and 3 cities. This study uses a sampling method purposive sampling. Types of data used are secondary data in the form of reports on the realization of the Budget obtained from www.djpkd.go.id. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis using the tools of the program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS)for Windows version 2.0. This study shows that the Revenues Aea, General Allocation Fund and Special Allocation Fund simultaneously affect the regional expenditure. While partially Local Revenue and the General Allocation Fund a significant effect on regional expenditure.
