Abstract

The title of this final report is the Catering Business Development Efforts in CV Catering Hidayah Abadi Palembang city located at Jalan Syakyakirti Lr. Manunggal 1304 Rw. 08 Rt. 023 Gandus district. The aim of this research is to know the entrepreneur’s steps to increase and develop the catering business. In this research, the research object is the owner and all employees of CV Catering Hidayah Abadi which are 12 people. The method analysis in used this research was the matrix IFE and EFE, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSP matrix. The results of this research showed that the CV Catering Hidayah Abadi had the capability in facing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist around the company and based on the condition, it was necessary for the promotion, product innovation and opening new branches.
