Abstract
The title of this report is “Applying Dressing Ethics In The Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Sumatra Province”. The purpose of this final report is to know and understand the importance of applying dressing ethics in the Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Sumatra Province, the author found problems of the application of dressing ethics in the Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Sumatra province. The author collected the data by interview and questionnaire methods, and then to analyzed the data used percentage formula. The Results and conclusions from those processing and analysis aret the application of dressing ethics in Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Sumatra province has not running optimally because the employee not obey about the regulation for example didn’t used complete attributes which listed on the regulations and on Friday they were using no dresscode . So it can mad bad image for company and didn’t have penalty from the chief executive which that offense.
