Abstract
Promotion Agency, Licensing and Investment Board (BP3MD) South Sumatra Province as the local work unit based Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2008 on the Organization and Work Inspectorate, the Regional Planning Board and the Regional Technical Institute South Sumatra Province is an entity that is in authority in the field investment service one stop. The objective of this application is to facilitate the applicants in the process of data transmission investment activities and does not need to come to the office to send the file and save time and simplify the care workers in managing the data in investing activities for the file transfer can be done over the Internet for applications that are built based web using the programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySQL that is structured and integrated with each other. The method of data collection in the making of this application is interview and observation techniques. With this application is expected to be a solution for Promotion Agency, Licensing and Investment Board (BP3MD) South Sumatra Province in improving the service.
