Abstract
Ethics fashion is a form of self-image that radiates from a person, and also a means of communication between a individual with other individuals. By the ethics fashion so a people can know what is good,neat, and polite. Which will be discussed in UPTD DISPENDA Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Kabupaten Muara Enim is the way employees fashion don’t like to ethics fashion in accordance the ethics office environment, for example such as wearing uniform but not wearing attributte, not wearing gown lady’s skirt, not wearing name card, pantofel’s black shoes not high heels. At the writing of this final project, the authors used data writer methods of the study, which is using the interview, observation, quisioner. And the type of data used by writer is primary data. Based on the results of research conducted that ethics fashion on UPTD DISPENDA Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Kabupaten Muara Enim including the courtesy and neat, but not according to the office environment.
