Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to know the calculation contruction of Grand VileeBayung Indah’s house in effeiciency time to work and the cost of production. The study was conducted in PT Silampari Palembang in Parameswarastreet, numer 01, RT 04/01, Bukit Baru village, West Ilir I Palembang subdistrict. The data collected by the interview and analyzed with the network planning theory. The result of analysis that the type 36 houses for development were seventy one days with the cost 75.482.000 rupiah and type 69 houses for development were eighty seven days with the cost 187.180.500 rupiah. The authors suggested that the company should to use this calculation because this can minimize the time and the cost.
