Voltage breakdown testing is an important indicator in determining whether the poor quality transformer oil as the liquid insulation. Testing voltage breakdown in transformer oil to determine the feasibility of the transformer it self and oil as the liquid insulation. This test using megger OTS 60 PB using electrodes balls - balls of 2,5 cm. From the results of this test result breakdown voltage 47-year-old of 14,7 KV, 35 years of age of 20,5 KV, 34 years of age amounted to 30,7 KV, age 32 of 50,4 KV. For transformer oil aged 47 years and 35 years did not meet the standards SPLN 49-1 in 1982 amounted to 30 KV transformer oil from these results need to make the process of purification or purification to repair value or breakdown voltage of transformer oil should be replaced with new ones. There are several things that affect the decline in value of breakdown voltage on the transformer oil, some of which the aging of transformer oil age.
