Abstract
Saving electricity is indispensable. The impact of the metropolis one of them is electricity need always increase, consequently the amount of electricity usage not efficient. So need for alternative solutions electrical equipment that can save energy. The purpose of this study is design a fan that is able to regulate rotation speed automatically based on human existence and room temperature. The test results show that it works in accordance with the design, which if not detected any movement of fan will be quiet, and if it detects movement then the fan will rotate. Motion detection range between 10 cm to 240 cm. Furthermore, the fan rotation is affected by temperature, whereby if the room temperature increases, the fan speeds also will increase.
