Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the rule of Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Yayasan Kemasda toward the endeavoring of women in the entrepreneurship of tenun songket in the sub district of Tanjung Batu through a corporation program named KUBE. The importance Yayasan Kemasda in the society performed through some strategic efforts they do such as the improvement of organization capacity and work relationship. Yayasan Kemasda is located in the sub district of Tanjung Batu, Ogan Ilir regency, South Sumatera. The data are collected through field research, observation, interview, quesionnaire and library research. The result shows that the respondents are aware with the good rule of Yayasan Kemasda and most of them shows their expectation about the continuity of that contract.
