Abstract
The title of this final report is “The Analysis of Source and Uses of Working Capital in Koperasi Karyawan PDAM (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum) Tirta Musi Palembang”. The purpose of the final report is to examine how the sources and uses of working capital. In this paper requires data. The data obtained from interviews with employees, library research andobservation. Data used by the authors is the cooperative’s financial statements for the last three years (2013-2015). Accourding to the data analyzed, the authors found that the problem of excess working capital for three years in a row so that the profits form the cooperative was not optimal because the profit opportunity has been wasted. Based on these problems, the authors give some advice to cooperative. The cooperative should review the cooperative working capital mangement and cooperatives should make plans concerning revenues and costs to be incurred. Cooperatives also have to balance between assets, laibilities and equity so that cooperatives are expected bolder to manage its existing cash to be used in the framework of the process of making a profit as possible.
