Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to determine the source and use of working capital carried out by the company data obtained by the authors include the financial statements in 2013, 2014 and 2015, the organizational structure and division of tasks, the register of shareholders, and the general history company. In this final report, the authors conducted a comparative analysis of the balance sheet, analysis of changes in working capital, the analysis of sources and uses of working capital, working capital needs analysis, and the analysis of profitability ratios. From this analysis the authors conclude that the management of resources and the use of working capital at PT Alam Sejahtera Palembang Darussalam has not been effective and efficient for their lack of working capital to companies that show the company has not been able to manage the funds properly. Of the existing problems should the company increase the company's current assets such as cash and cash equivalents increase, sales or merchandise inventory or reduce current debts of the company. In addition the company should revisit the allocation of working capital in order to avoid a decrease in working capital and accelerate the turnover of each element of working capital.
