Abstract
Planning a building is a building process to produce a strong, safe, economical, and other requirements that apply in Indonesia. One of the buildings must have a robust construction and safe used for storing goods that have a heavy load is warehouse. This final report entitled “Planning Warehouse PT. Puratos Indonesia Jababeka I Industrial Estate, Cikarang-Bekasi”. The objective of this Final Report is to plan and take into account the functioning warehouse for the storage of materials for the production of chocolate and bread to meet the aplicable requirements and in accordance with the plan. In planning this warehouse used some references in the form of regulations that apply in Indonesia, the books relating to the construction, and also programs that support the planning of this warehouse. Here is references and a program that supports the planning of this building include Planning Procedures for Structural Steel for Buildings (SNI 03-1729-2002), Steel Structural Design with LRFD method, Reinforced Concrete Structures by Istimawan Dipohusodo, and for data processing program used is SAP 2000 v.14.
