Abstract
Village Sentosa is settlement area that was mostly residential houses with an area of highlands 215 hectares and lowland 23 hectares with a population of 2015 is 15.088 which will continue to increase, then the need for clean water is also increase. It is necessary for the planning of clean water distribution pipelines, which aims to find out how much water discharge must be flown in the region, so that clean water needs are met equally. Clean water distribution pipelines is planned to use calculations Manning-Gauckker-Strickler. To calculate the projected populations in the next 10 yers used the method of arithmetic, feometric, and exponensial, from the calculation the amount of water needs required, then do the calculations on each element of the discharge pipeline by using Hardy Cross methode. From the result of calculations water requiremnts, obtained the water discharge that will be flown at Kelurahan Sentosa in the next 10 years (2015-2025) is 43,485861 liter/second. Planning system of water distribution networks require a fee of Rp.6.566.208.700 with a time of 125 working days
