Abstract
Development of education is rapidly increasing, making a significant growth of the amount of students each year. State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya as one of the many univ of favorite college to continue their education, every year the number of students also increased. This makes the number of classes by students are not sufficient, so it is planned to add a new college building that can accomodate the increase in the number of students. In the whole building is part of the building using reinforced concrete structures and the use of foundation footprint as the structure of the bottom of the building. The structure is based on SNI-03-1729- 2002 as a theoretical basis. From the results of the planning for Building Lectur 3 floors which we plan to use the dimensions of the column 40 x 40 cm2 with dimater reinforcement 16 mm, dimensions beams 30 x 40 cm2, 30 x 60 cm2 with dimater reinforcement 22 mm, thickness of plates 12 cm with dimater reinforcement 10 mm, and the depth of foundation 3 meters. With plans for 258 days and cost Rp 5.111.702.000,-
