Abstract
THE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL DISTRESS ON MANUFACTURE COMPANY REGISTERED ON INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE (IDX) CHEMICAL AND BASIC INDUSTRY SECTORS IN 2010-2014 (Kiki Novianti, 2016, xiii + 51pages) Kikinovianti23@yahoo.co.id This research aimed to know the corporate governance impact of financial distress on manufacture company registered on indonesia stock exchange (idx) chemical and basic industry sectors in 2010-2014. This study uses secondary data collected from documentation. Purposive sampling method was used as a method of determining the sample, so that the obtained samples of a total of 11 Companies in the sector of plastic and packaging. Technique of data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. The results of this research show that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, the proportion of independent Commissioners, the size of the Board of Commissioners, and the audit committee no effect significantly to financial distress.
