Abstract
State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya is a public university that has service units in order to support the performance of the existing work in the State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. Academic Administration and Student Affairs section is one of the work units in the State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya and has the function to create and manage alumni data. The purpose of this final report is to create an Alumni Database Information Systems for each Department at the Polytechnic Sriwijaya Web-Based. The method of collecting data used is primary data in the form of interviews and observations, and secondary data. While the analysis development system is using the waterfall method. This application is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results obtained in this report are an information system that displays some form for Alumni of state polytechnic of Sriwijaya, academic Administration Section and Student Affairs section of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya and Administration Department which the main page form consists of a homepage form, data alumni form, news form and information form. Alumni Form consists of a login form, personal data form, and data job form. Form Academic Administration and Student Affairs Section consists of a login form, homepage form, admin form, alumni data form, news form, report form and settings form. Meanwhile, the Administration department form consists of a login form, homepage form, alumni data form, report form and setting form.
