Abstract

The purpose of this final report is to know how sanctions of punishment affect and firmness to employee’s working diciplineat Rumah Makan Selera Baru which sanction of punishment give affect is higher than firmness to employee’s working dicipline. The author formulate the problems as follows: how sanctions of punishment and firmness influence employee’s working dicipline both individually and together at Rumah Makan Selera Baru.The object of this research is all employees working at Rumah Makan Selera Baru Palembang as many as 26 people. The author uses saturated samples which makes all employees as the samples. Methods of data analysis used in this study is qualitative and quantitative with theory of Sugiyono (2009) and Martono (2010). Method of collecting data from interviews, questionnaires, and study of the literature. To analyze the data, the author uses the theory of correlation, a test of partial Sugiyono (2009) and multiple Regression of Martono (2010). The authors find that there are influences from the sanctions of punishment and firmness against employee discipline either partial (individual) or simultaneously (together).
