RianDirganda, 2016(Xiii + 48pages) E-mail Dirgandaryan1308@gmail.com The purpose of this study to find out and analyze whether the Return On Equity, Debt to Total Assets Ratio and Net Profit Margin no effect partially and simultaneously to the stock price Coal Mining Sub-sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The data used in this study that the financial statements and annual reports of companies Subsector Baramyang Stone Mining listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2014 published through the website www.idx.co.id. The data used is the data panel. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The variables of this study consisted of Return On Equity (X1), Debt to Total Assets Ratio (X2), and the Net Profit Margin (X3) as the independent variable, and stock prices (y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study is Return On Equity, Debt To Total Assets Ratio, Net Profit Margin partially no positive and significant effect on stock prices. Debt To Total Assets Ratio partially significant negative effect on stock prices. Earning Per Share partially no significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously Return On Equity, Debt To Total Assets Ratio, Net Profit Margin partially no positive and significant effectonstockprices.
