Abstract
Final report entitled information system of Shipping Raskin RicePerumBulog Regional Division ofSouth Sumatera was created with the aim of overcoming the existing problems in the processing of the data of delivery raskin are there in the operational Directorate of the public service and the public corporation atPerumBulog. Data processing is still using Ms.Excel, and data processinghaven't been getting maximum results. The existence of these problems, the author tried to build systems that are able to provide solutions and analysis of solving problems that occur. Analysis of field study done with covering interview or faqs and observations directly with the staff of the Directorate of operations and public service PerumBulog and concerned with data delivery raskin are there in PerumBulog. The study of librarianship is also done by reading and studying the books of literature related to information systems, as well as searching through the internet. The design of the system and the creation of information systemsis by using php as the program, MySQL as the database server. From the results of the system analysis and research, it can be concluded that the Directorate of operations and public service delivery information system is in need ofdata raskin rice which is detailed and accurate, so that it could maximize the processing of data in the operational Directorate of the public service PerumBulogDivre South Sumatera.
