Abstract
Office of The PPAT Muhammad Zaini, S.H is one of the relevant authorities in the manufacture of property deeds which is located in Jalan Mesjid Lama No. 167 Kelurahan 17 Ilir Palembang. The purposes of writing the report finally does is make an Application Processing Data The Birth of The Land of The Office PPAT (Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah) Muhammad Zaini, S.H in Palembang. The method of collection is used is the primary in the form of interviews and observations, as well the secondary. The method development system using the method of waterfall. This application is built using a programming language PHP dan databases MySQL. The results obtained is an application thas has some form as form input data clients, form input data certificate, form upload files, form input data payment, form the print evidense files, form of payments, and form of the certificate.
