Abstract
ANALYSIS OF CALCULATION BUDGET IN SALES SUMSEL POST PALEMBANG BetyOktrianti, 2016 (xiii+47 Pages) Betyoktrianti95@gmail.com In writing this final report, the authors chose Sumsel Post Palembang a business engaged in the sale of newspapers. The company is addressed in Bidar Blok B No.24 POM IX Palembang. The Title of this final report is “Analysis Of Calculation Budget In Sales Sumsel Post Palembang”. After analyzing the data obtained, the authors found several problems in the budgeting process the company’s sales, the problem is as follows: lack of application of special methods in the preparation of sales budgets, lack of direct analysis and evaluation of the deviations between budget and realization of sales. Based on the formulation of the above problems, the authors propose some suggestions are: should the company use the method of least square or method of trend moment in the preparation of sales budgets, analyze and evaluate deviations between budget and realization of sales.
