PT Samudera Indonesia located on Jl. Jend. Sudirman No.3528, 20 Ilir D. III, Ilir Tim. I, KotaPalembang, Sumatera Selatan, Indonesia Palembang.In this final report many method use for data collection such as observation, interview, danstudipustaka.After analysis the data from the company, has been found some problems on thecalculation and report on income tax clause 21 that affected insufficient payment of income tax clause 21 on the company. as for the suggestin for that problem is the company should evaluate the calculation of tax so that suitable with the applicable regulation.
