Abstract
These researches are focused to study about giving consumptive credit procedures and settlement of non performing loan in KoperasiPegawaiRepublik Indonesia (KPRI) of Sriwijaya University. To obtain the necessities data, writer uses interview method, documentation and library research. Based on the result of interview and the file which have gathered by, known that giving consumptive credit procedure applied by KPRI of Sriwijaya University are more simple such us; files submitting, file surveying, credit decision and credit realisation. Those procedures are good enough and just adjust the simple requirement for the member who apply for loan. Meanwhile the settlement of non performing loan, applied by KPRI of Sriwijaya University are rescheduling, requirement’s back, applying for insurance claim and getting loans from other parties/partnership. But during the time, those procedure seemed not too effective to descrease the problematic loan and uncollected credit. For example, during the year of 2015 uncollected credit increase up to Rp 45.108.765,00. Writer suggest the cooperative to take action with credit write off as a solution to decrease uncollected credit. Those credit will not erase totally but change status and become doubtful credit. Later, those credit can be proceed and charged to KPRI of Sriwijaya University consumer.
