Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Assets Of Companies In Sub-Sector Value Plastics and Packaging Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample selection is done by purposive sampling method. Of the 13 populations company acquired 11 companies that met the study sample. The data used in this research is secondary data analysis technique which using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and f test simultaneously partial with the level of significance of 5% and test Coefficient of Determination. The results showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) a significant negative effect on the Company Value, Return on Assets (ROA) positive and significant impact on the value of the Company. Simultaneously Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Assets (ROA) positive and significant impact on the value of the Company's Sub Sectors Plastics and Packaging Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
