Abstract

The main of this research study is to make instrument that can measure DC voltage and check the value of the component that can allow people / practitioner in the measurement. The data were collected through measuring and observation object . The results indicated that the system can measure DC voltage in the range 0-50 Vdc, Resistor 0,01 ohm-50 Mohm, Capasitor 25 pf-100 mF, Inductor 0,01 mH-20 H. Comparison of an artificial measuring tools and measuring devices manufactured as multimeter can be said to be not much different even closer to perfection on this instrument Based on the findings, the writer concludes that the circuit this electrical measuring instrument can measure DC voltage with additional functions such as knowing the value of capacitance, inductance, resistance and transistor.
