This final report is evaluate the grounding system in the distribution substation in walet feeder PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Kenten. Distribution substations in this walet feeder consists of ± 101 distribution substations, but the measured substation is only five distribution substations. Grounding systems at distribution substations that are measured include the grounding systems in lightning arrester, grounding systems in the body of the transformer, and the grounding system in the neutral point of the transformer andlow voltage panel body (LV Panel). This research was carried out by means of measurements and calculations. The data needed to perform the calculations obtained by several methods such as literature, interviews, and observation method. Grounding resistance values based on measurements obtained only one distribution substation who does not meet the standards PUIL 2000, namely the distribution substation Pb.0322 / I.1274. However, based on the overall calculation resulting substation measured does not meet the standards of PUIL 2000. The difference can be influenced by the resistivity value of the land, the length of the electrode, the electrode fingers, and other natural factors.
