Abstract

This final report aims to provide information on the results of the loading system backup generator when the main generator trip / maintenance. This analysis was to find out how to load the backup generators when the main generator outages / trip, expenses including emergency load and critical load and the overall load power calculation. The objects used in this analysis is the backup generators and loads in PUSRI 1B. Load power calculation performed after data collection. By the time the main generator in normal operation the whole load can be supplied by the main generator, when the backup generator operates so not all loads can be operated. Emergency burden on the manufacturer Pusri 1B power capacity of 87.073 kW, while the critical load at the factory Pusri 1B 731.91 kW power capacity. The total power of the overall burden of the emergency and critical load at the factory Pusri 1B amounted to 818.990 kW. Owned power capacity backup generator is 1062.5 kVA / 850 kW, then this value can be inferred that a backup generator capable of serving the burden of emergency and critical load at the factory PUSRI 1B.
