Abstract

This final report entitled design of mixing machine eggs to help the process of making eggs especially omlet. This is a concept to improve the quality of the process of making omlet egg. It was used in the final process is in the process mixer of omlet egg, where it operates using the resources of the electric motor that moves the shaft together with shaft stirrer to mix the eggs that had been placed on a stainless material. An electric current flows the electric motor to speed reducer. Pulley and belt that is connected between the electric motor to the speed reducer changes the rotation speed with a ratio of 1:30. The next round is transmitted to the horizontal shaft by a belt and pulley. Change round from horizontal to vertical rotation using a pair of conical gears. The vertical shaft is connected to the mixer shaft which is makes the mixer shaft rotates in accordance with the speed that has been planned The process of making this mixing machine using a lathe, drill machine, electric welding and also helped with the other work tools. The time needed to complete the machine for ± 1 month with a production cost of Rp 4,944,002, -. This tool still has deficiencies, therefore, expected to have innovation to develop this machine becomes better again.
