Abstract

The purpose of making this report intended that the author can make a circuit of Application of TCS3200 Sensor On Automatic Drinking Filler Machine. TCS3200 is a sensor who have the function to detected color on a cup. The function of Arduino UNO is as a data process who recieve from the input that is TCS3200 and the data who ptocessed will obtain the digital output from Arduino UNO. The digital output From Arduino connected to the PLC Siemens LOGO 0BA 4. The digital output of Arduino UNO is used as an input logic on PLC. PLC Siemens LOGO 0BA 4 who has uploaded the program will process the input from the Arduino UNO digital output with the final output is the movement of motor DC who bring the cup go to the valve. So that the cup will fullfill by water automaticly. Each color have a different frequency based on the light intensity reflected from that color. TCS3200 sensor will read the difference color by extensive wave from reflected of white light. Fot the next upgrading, this mechanic should be closed by metal for the reason that this mechanic is not disturbed by the light from outside and more be presentable.
