Abstract

A tool that works automatically must have a system capable of monitoring the performance of the tool, especially if the distance or location of equipment that becomes the problem . One example is a plant watering system . If the system works without supervision , it is feared the tool works not in accordance with what was expected or encountered an error. The monitoring system is based on soil moisture, watering plants using serial module arduino mega ESP 8266 and 2560 is a tool that can monitor the activities of crop irrigation systems . All data can be viewed on the web page of the client server thingspeak in the form of a line chart that comes with the values of moisture in the form of the value of ADC ( Analog Digital Converter ) , as well as information data transmission time maximum and minimum values of soil moisture within a certain timeframe.
