Abstract
The author's intent is to make a final report " Application Distribution And Monitoring Medical devices In Muara Enim District Health Office . Methods of data collection is done through observation , interviews , and documents . Method of system development using the waterfall SDLC models ( waterfall ) . The method of analysis is used to design an application using Dreamweaver CS6 and MySQL database .
