Abstract
Final report entitled application of the data processing activities of the Intitution on the Unit P3AI (center for the development of educational and instructional activities) State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya had technology system that is already growing rapidly. Data processing in general is already computerized, but there is a system of data processing activity on the Unit P3AI who do still use Microsoft Office Excel, or strorage of data is still storedin separate archives. The author tried to build systems that are able to provide solutions and analysis of solving problems the occir on the Unit P3AI. The design of the system and the creation of institutional activities with applications using PHP as a program, MySql as the database. It can be concluded that the Unit is in need of P3AI Applications of Data processing Activities that can reduce the errors of Data processing activities of Institutions that are in the Unit P3AI Polytechnic of Sriwijaya.
