Abstract
The purpose of the Application Request Online Auction at the State Property Office and Auction Palembang is to facilitate various auction application process to be done quickly and accurately because the petition current auction is still done manually by the auction applicant. Methodology The research conducted by the authors include interviews, direct observation, and literature. The application development using Web-based programming language (PHP) and MySQL database. Model development of the system applied in this application is the waterfall model that provides software approach life forms, sequentially or sequences ranging from analysis, design, coding, testing, and support or maintenance stage. These applications manage the data submitted petition from the city or from out of town who tercangkup in WEB-based work areas are easily accessible by the user by using the Internet or a local network as well as assist in the creation of data reports petition auction.
