Abstract
CV Anco Jaya Palembang is one of the contractors in the field that served as the tender offer, south sumatra. Improving the performance of employees especially financial department, CV Anco Jaya has tasks in data processing reports budget plan (RBP) tender offer constuction project. Processing of the tender offer is required to some data, price data per unit data of analysis, data of the budget plan, and recapitulation. In the data processing of CV Anco Jaya still cultivate with simple and entering data in Microsoft Excel, and then the results are stored in a file company or ledger company in the form of hardcopy. Entering data was often the entering data were frequents errors due to much of data to be inputted. This calculation can be resulted in an error. And requires a long time, so that why resulting data was less accurate, but the writer is trying to make a program more effective and efficient to accelerate the process of data processing report budget plan (RBP) tender offer construction project palembang. The researh methods used were interviews, observation and document analysis. In developing the system, I also use the waterfall method. The results obtained from this study is application reports budget plan (RBP) tender offer construction project in CV Anco Jaya Palembang.
