Abstract

This final report describes the working principle of sensors Photo transistors are connected to a series Microcontroller ATMega 16 resulting in outputs of a digital that looks at sevent segment. The sensor is used to detect and accept the existence of a shadow or an object in front of the sensor, in this case a water discharge that flows will continue in through the side of the incline going across the middle position seesaw tool. From a mechanical device that has been made on the hardware, the signal is received by the photo transistor as a sensor or an indicator on an appliance somersault and every seesaw be arrested or will be affected by the sensor sensitivity of photo transistors. The number of counts from the sensor signal form is converted by the ADC contained within the microcontroller ATMega 16 on the basis of the microcontroller from the counter decode counter so as to produce an output which is translated into a digital number that looks at sevent segment, then the signal will be sent via modem wavecom and will be received as sms, which is the output of the sms is a limit such as the level of normal conditions, the standby 1, standby 2, standby 3, and to danger.
