Abstract
Regional Development Planning Board, Research and Development of Palembang City stands for Bappeda Litbang is one of government agency that has the authority, duties and responsibilities to assist the Governor, Mayor or Regent in the implementation of Regional Government in the field of research and development of the city of Palembang. one of the work program is the Spatial plan Area in Palembang City, Year 2012-2032. In Search of information along with the location of the spatial plan is still done manually that must come to the Office of Bappeda Litbang. The purpose in writing this Final Report is to build a Geographic Information System that provides information along with the location of spatial plan of Palembang City and can be accessed through the web by the community. Author made this Geographic Information System by using Waterfall method and based on PHP and MySQL programming language as its data base. The system can display information of spatial plan of Palembang City area in the form of spatial plan location along with function and characteristic plan.
