Abstract
Distribution transformers in operation will be uninterrupted one common disorder is an imbalance of load on the transformer phases. The final report is to investigate the distribution of load imbalance 20 kV transformer. investigation by taking the data directly on the transformer U.168 PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Ampera on June 16, 2014 from 08:00 pm until 20:00 pm. From the results of the case study of 20 kV distribution transformer PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Ampera, the value of load imbalance that occurs by 4% to 18%, the value of neutral currents 72 A to 156 A, and the value of power losses in the neutral channel 5.33 kW to 25.06 kW where the greater the flow, the more neutral nilaii large power losses in the transformer neutral line.
