Abstract
The purpose of writing this Final Report is to make Geographical Information System of Mapping the Toddlers' Nutrition for Public Health Office of Palembang City, where data processing of toddlers’ who join posyandu still managed manually and can’t save in database. This makes Health Service Department difficult to manage toddlers’ data. Data that have been created and managed by puskesmas and given to the Health Service Department every month. That system is not effective and efficient. This Information System consists of two users they are admin dinkes and admin puskes. Admin dinkes can process data of puskesmas, data of user, view and print of toddlers’ data, see graph of nutritional status distribution of toddler, and see mapping of nutritional status of toddlers’ by puskesmas location. Admin puskes only can see and process toddlers’ data. Geographical Information System of Mapping the Toddlers' Nutrition is built with Waterfall method and using PHP programming language and MySQL database system. This system will produce reports of toddler data that can be printed based on the range of the date of the toddlers’ who join posyandu and display the nutrition status chart information of the toddlers’. This System is expected to facilitate Puskesmas and Health Services in manage toddlers’ data and mapping the toddlers’ nutrition.
