Abstract

Accreditation status of a study program is a reflection of the performance of the study program concerned and describes the quality, efficiency, and relevance of a study program. To obtain accreditation status, information about the study program obtained from the accreditation assessment instrument is required. Application form accreditation is made by using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. Borang application of study program accreditation is designed to serve as an evaluation material, so taht the study program can perform performance improvement to optimize the standard of education quality of study program and storage of accreditation data in the DIV Departement of Information Technology Multimedia Digital State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya.
