Abstract
Schedule of subjects is important to consider. To make a great and optimal schedule, it was difficult because there were any factor that was involved such as subjects, lecturers who support the subject, time allocation and available room. At Computer Engineering Department, it often happened the schedule clashing each other for example, one room used by two classes, or one lecturers must lecture in two room. From making the schedule application is expected that will avoid the clash in schedule. This application used PHP as its programming language, and MySQL as its database. This application have two levels user, admin and lecturer. The Admin user can managed all data master such as lecturer’s data, rooms, classes, subjects, time to study and all schedule. For Lecturer user, they can see the list of subject were they are teaching. And lecturers also can choose the time if they cannot teach. In the first page of this application is Login page. When admin was login, he/she want to determine the time to teach and the subject. The time and room have been selected to the other subjects will be disable automatic. Therefore there is no one room and time used by two subject.
