Abstract
Generally, people with color blindness or in English Color Blindes is one of the eye disorder disease that is difficult to distinguish red, green, and blue or better known as RGB (Red-Green-Blue). There is actually research that aims to help people with color blindness to determine the color of RGB. However, this tool is not possible to use Because it is not portable. For that need to be made a portable tool that can help people with color blindness to determine the color easily and accurately. This tool is designed using Raspberry Pi as a software storage, the software used in this tool is opencv software by using python program whose output can be seen in monitor in text form.
