Abstract
One type of electric motor that is widely used in household, workshop or companies that is electric single phase capacitor motor.However, many electric motors are damaged due to improper operation and electric motors often serve loads that do not match the nominal values listed on the motor’s name plate. To overcome the damage can be done with the repair of electric motors.One of the electric motor repair process that is rewinding motor coil.This final report will discuss how to rewind the single phase capacitor motor and the value of the motor parameter of the single phase capacitor after it is rewound.Measurements are made by adjusting torque values from 0 Nm to 0.2 Nm.Based on some measurements and calculations obtained that overall single phase capasitor motor that has been rewinding had changed the motor current
